Product Strategy
Alongside product and engineering leadership, codified the company mission statement into a clear product strategy and guideline that previously mis-aligned product teams used to cohesively and confidently plan for 2020.
Product Strategy
Worked with design, product and engineering teams to explore Dialpad through the lens of an assistive technology (rather than its current state: an enabling technology).
Several features from this user story and concept deck have been added to the 2020 product roadmap.
Call Center Design
Worked as lead designer for Dialpad Support: Dialpad’s call center product that utilizes artificial intelligence to reveal coaching opportunities to supervisors.
Business Communications Analytics Design
Worked closely with product leadership as lead designer to consider and process a complex set of requirements into a minimum viable analytics experience that enabled Dialpad to combine AI data with call data, and Dialpad customers to explore their team’s calling habits.
2014 – 2016: Shuddle
Safe Rides for Families
Design & Product Management for Shuddle’s internal live operations tools & dashboard.
Led design for the Driver onboarding, marketplace and in-ride experiences.
Worked alongside Creative Director as UX & UI designer on the parent and child sign up, onboarding, booking and in-ride experiences.

The most popular word game in the world
Built a strong foundation in UX, IxD and UI craft by working on the most popular mobile game in the world.
Led cross-platform standardization efforts for iOS and Android.
Led design for iPad app modernization efforts, including dialog with Apple’s HCI team.
Worked as early designer for Words With Friends on Facebook.
